Packages

Five packages. Written out, not tiered.

Each one is a starting shape, not a template. Refit rebuilds a site you already have. Storefront and Configurator take the order. Flagship and Retained add the account, the recovery, and — on Retained — the brand and a year with me still on the site. What sits on the pages is worked out with you. Prices are negotiable.

Not sure which one? I’ll walk you through it.

Refit

£500

About 2 weeks

The site you already have, taken apart and built again. Clearer offer, a layout that holds up on a phone, and a performance pass so it doesn’t drag.

For a business that has a site, and wants it to do the job. This is a rebuild, not a new checkout.

  • The current site, redesigned around what you actually sell — not a theme with the logo swapped
  • The offer, proof, and a way to get in touch, in an order that fits this business
  • Mobile optimisation — laid out for a phone, then checked on one before it goes live
  • A performance pass: image sizes, font loading, and a lighter first page
  • Page titles, descriptions, and a structure search can read
  • A walkthrough so you can change the words yourself
  • Two rounds of revisions, then set live on your domain

Storefront

£750

About 3 weeks

A site with a proper ordering page, so the sale happens there. Checkout is built for a phone, and an unfinished order doesn’t just disappear.

You need people to order, not just read about you. One clear path from the offer to payment.

  • A designed site, with the ordering page mapped to how you take an order
  • What you need to see when an order comes in, agreed before it’s built
  • Mobile-optimised checkout — the pay step still makes sense on a small screen
  • Abandoned checkout: the order is kept if they leave halfway, with a way back to it
  • A recovery message when an order is started and not finished
  • Search titles and a sitemap for the pages we ship
  • A walkthrough of how orders arrive, then set live on your domain

Configurator

£1,000

About 3 weeks

A custom build-a-box. Customers choose the meals, the size, and the extras themselves, and a half-finished box isn’t thrown away if they get interrupted.

Meal boxes, menus, or anything people configure before they pay.

  • A build-a-box made for your menu — sizes, swaps, extras, cutoffs — not a standard product grid
  • The choices, limits, and rules the box actually needs
  • Progress kept, so a half-built box is still there when they come back
  • A customer account, so a returning order doesn’t start from a blank form
  • Abandoned checkout, plus a recovery nudge if they drop out before paying
  • The builder itself optimised for a phone — not a desktop tool shrunk down
  • Set live on your domain

Flagship

£1,250

About 4 weeks

The full website and the build-a-box together. Accounts sign in once across the site, and an unfinished order is followed up automatically.

The whole site in one go — the story, the order, and the account behind it.

  • A full website, plus a custom build-a-box
  • The pages that explain the business and take the order
  • Single sign-on: one customer account, recognised across the site, the box, and a reorder
  • Abandoned checkout, and an automated recovery sequence when an order is left unpaid
  • Mobile optimisation on every page, including the builder and the account
  • Search set up around the real pages: titles, descriptions, and a sitemap
  • Tested the way a customer would use it, including the dead ends, before it goes live
  • A walkthrough, then set live on your domain

Retained

Featured

£2,000

About 6 weeks

Branding, the full site, the build-a-box, and a year of me looking after the live thing — including the checkout recovery and the speed.

The brand and the website together, then kept right for twelve months.

  • Branding done with you — type, colour, and the words for this offer, not a stock identity
  • Custom build-a-box, with your rules, add-ons, and saved progress
  • About, how it works, and a custom contact page
  • Single sign-on, so a customer signs in once and stays recognised
  • Abandoned checkout and recovery automation, then tuned once real orders start
  • Mobile and performance checks as the site changes, not only on launch day
  • A handover in person or on a call, then I stay on the site for the year
  • Twelve months of maintenance included in the price — fixes, copy, backups of what you’d hate to lose, and small changes to the order flow

Prices are negotiable. If your budget is different, we’ll look at what fits — including which of the account, checkout, and recovery pieces you actually need. I can meet you in person or on a video call and go through everything. While the site is being built, I’m on call.

Shaped around the business

  • Shaped to the business

The package is a starting shape. The pages, the words, and the way someone orders are worked out for this business — how you deliver, what you won’t sell, and what has to happen before anything goes out the door. Nothing is dropped in from a theme.

  • Search, from the start

Page titles, descriptions, a clear structure, and a sitemap, written around your pages rather than filled with stock phrases. Enough that search can read the site. Not a separate marketing contract.

  • A handover you can use

Before it goes live we sit down — in person or on a call — and I show you how orders come in, and how to change a price, a menu line, or a page. You shouldn’t need me for every small edit. On Retained, I’m still there when you do.

  • Mobile optimisation

Laid out for the phone your customers actually use, then checked on one. The builder, the buttons, and checkout are part of that — not a desktop page squeezed down afterwards.

  • Performance

Images sized for the space they sit in, fonts that don’t block the page, and a first load that doesn’t make someone wait before they can start an order.

  • Single sign-on

On Flagship and Retained, a customer signs in once. That session is theirs: it carries across the site, the build-a-box, and a later reorder, set up for how you want accounts to work.

  • Abandoned checkout

If someone leaves mid-order, their basket or half-built box is kept. They come back to the same point, with your rules still applied — cutoffs, sizes, whatever this menu needs.

  • Customer recovery

A started order that isn’t paid gets a follow-up in your voice, not a generic shop email. On Storefront and Configurator that’s a nudge. On Flagship and Retained it’s a sequence we agree, then I tune it once real orders start.

  • In person or on a call

Meet up, or talk on a video call, and go through what the site has to do.

  • On call during the build

While it’s being made, I’m near enough always available to talk about how it’s going.

  • A year, included

Retained includes twelve months of looking after the live site — fixes, copy, and small changes to the order flow. It’s in the £2,000, not a monthly charge.

Questions

Are the prices fixed?

They’re a starting point. Prices are negotiable. Tell me the budget and I’ll shape the work so it suits what you need.

Can we talk it through first?

Yes. I can meet you in person or on a video call and go through everything before anything is built.

How do I pay?

By invoice. Half to start, half when the site goes live. This page takes the order — it doesn’t take a card. On Retained, twelve months of maintenance is included in the price.

Will I hear from you during the build?

Yes. While the site is in development I’m on call, near enough any time, to talk about how it’s getting on.

What does the year of maintenance cover?

On Retained, twelve months of looking after the live site is included in the £2,000. That covers fixes, copy, and small changes to the order flow. It isn’t a second redesign, and it isn’t billed monthly.

Is this a template?

No. The packages are a way to start the conversation, not a theme you get dropped into. The pages, the words, and the order flow are built around how you sell. If something in the list doesn’t fit, we take it out.

Where are you based?

The North East. Happy to meet in person, or on a video call if that’s easier.

What do you mean by single sign-on?

A customer creates one account and stays signed in. On Flagship and Retained that session works across the site, the build-a-box, and a later reorder. They aren’t stopped to log in again in the middle of an order.

What happens if someone leaves the checkout?

From Storefront upward, an unfinished order is kept. They can return to it, and — depending on the package — get a recovery message or an automated sequence. Refit is a rebuild of an existing site, so it doesn’t add a checkout.
